My Journey to Holding Space
My path to becoming a holistic health coach has been filled with many small, transformative moments. Just a few years ago, I was living an unauthentic life, constantly people-pleasing and avoiding being alone. I found myself in unhealthy relationships and seeking external validation to fill a void. It wasn’t until I faced a major life wake-up call that I began to see the lessons life was trying to teach me. Through self-forgiveness and healing, I started to uncover my true purpose.

Attending a retreat was a turning point for me. It opened my eyes to the possibility of living a life aligned with my true self. Within a month of that retreat, my life’s purpose became clear: to hold a safe and non-judgmental space for others to explore all versions of themselves.

Bringing My Vision to Life
Today, I’m honored to offer that same space to others. Whether it’s through leading group events, facilitating retreats, or offering one-on-one sessions, I’m dedicated to helping you reconnect with your authentic self. My heart is in this work, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
